What does it take to get in shape?

The only prerequisite to getting in shape is the desire to do so. When you fully commit the answers appear.

David Goggins had to lose 106 pounds in 3 months in order to qualify for navy seal training. He had absolutely know idea what he was doing or how to do it. 3 months later, David came back to the recruiter a 106 pounds lighter and qualified.

When asked what his workout routine was, David responded, 'I just lifted weights, ran, and biked. Everyday. For hours. I didn't know what I was doing, but I was obsessed.'

Some people think you need to research or ask a lot of questions before you start the process. That couldn't be further from the truth. The only thing you need is to make up your mind. How bad do you want it?

Once you decide, you can shortcut the process by finding a qualified coach or program.

And no, you won't lose 100 pounds in 3 months and you don't have to workout everyday for hours. But, if you fully commit, your life a year from now will look entirely different. You'll be happier, stronger, and healthier.

You decide.
